Valencia Cafe was born in 2018, when the Valencia family brought their Mexico kitchen to the hills of Napa Valley. What began as a small kitchen sharing family recipes has grown into a sanctuary for those seeking authentic Mexican flavor elevated with California's finest ingredients.

Our pride is slow-braised golden carnitas, flavor-packed tacos campechanos, and tacos a la plancha like the ones enjoyed in Michoacán. Every stew is prepared with patience, following recipes passed down through generations. Our tortillas are hand-pressed each morning with heritage corn, and every ingredient is chosen with reverence — so that when you take your first bite, you taste the real Mexico.
